Using jquery and getting a webpage to display
I'm trying to get a webpage to display in a div using ajax.
I'm having an issue with the callback function.
This is the code:
var the_url = "";
$(document).ready(function(){
$('#div_to_be_filled').load(the_url);
});
The html code is this:
I'm trying to make it so that the webpage loaded gets displayed in that div.
A:
change your.load() function to:
$('#div_to_be_filled').load(the_url, function(){
alert('Load was performed.');
